Welcome to Orange County Pacific Window Cleaning ("OCP Window Cleaning," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services
Orange County Pacific Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial services, including but not limited to:
Window Cleaning
Screen Cleaning
Screen Repair and Replacement
Track Cleaning
Solar Panel Cleaning
Pressure Washing
Gutter Cleaning
Hard Water Stain Removal
Skylight Cleaning
Related exterior cleaning services
All services are subject to availability and inspection of the property.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Quotes provided through our website, email, text message, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time.
Final pricing may be adjusted if:
The scope of work differs from what was originally described.
Additional services are requested.
Site conditions require additional labor, equipment, or materials.
Accessibility issues are discovered during service.
Customers will be informed of any pricing adjustments before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.
3. Scheduling and Access
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.
If access cannot be provided, the appointment may be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.
Customers are responsible for:
Securing pets
Providing access to gates or locked areas
Informing us of any hazards or special property conditions
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Credit cards
Debit cards
Electronic payments
Checks
Cash
Invoices not paid when due may be subject to collection efforts and applicable fees permitted by law.
5. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with insufficient notice or for missed appointments where access to the property was not provided.
Weather-related rescheduling does not incur cancellation fees.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
If you are dissatisfied with any completed service, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion.
We will be given the opportunity to inspect and, if appropriate, correct any service-related issues.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.
7. Property Conditions and Limitations
While we take reasonable care when performing services, customers acknowledge that:
Existing damage may become visible after cleaning.
Failed window seals, scratches, oxidation, hard water staining, and defective glass may not improve through cleaning.
Some stains, debris, paint, construction residue, or mineral deposits may require additional restoration services and may not be removable.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturing defects, or deterioration of materials.
8. Hard Water Stain Removal and Restoration Services
Hard water stain removal, glass restoration, and post-construction cleaning involve elevated risk due to the condition of the glass.
By authorizing such services, the customer acknowledges that:
Results cannot be guaranteed.
Some stains may be permanent.
Existing scratches, defects, or fabrication debris may become more noticeable after cleaning.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange County Pacific Window Cleaning shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Incidental damages
Loss of profits
Loss of use of property
Our total liability for any claim relating to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Website Use
Users agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems
Disrupt website functionality
Submit false or misleading information
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate website access for violations of these Terms.
